Lets start to made this attractive yellow flower,

Step 1

First of all open Adobe Photoshop and create a new document. I create new document of 900 x 1000 px with#070707 color background.

Step 2

Select the hard brush tool of 6 px and draw a line with white color #ffffff like this.

Step 3

Now I am going to select the wind from filter.

go to Filter > Stylize and click on Wind.

When I select the wind then the wind penal open and I set the direction of my choice.

After applying Wind filter we get a cool effect as shown in preview below.

Then press Ctrl+F three time and after this procedure we see that the wind effect more expand.

Step 4

Now I am selecting the warp tool to transform the layer.

Edit > transform > warp tool.

Here with the help of warp tool carve, the layer to create like a flower petal as shown in preview.

After completing this procedure use the Transform Tool (Ctrl+T ) then rotate the flower petal and straight it as like in preview.

Now duplicate this layer six time and rotate them in circle to create like a flower as like in preview, then select all the layers and press Ctrl+E to merge all of petal layers and name this layer to Petals layer.

Step 5

Now I am going to edit and Transform the Petals layer select perspective and rotate it, as like preview below.

Duplicate the petals layer two time and using the Transform tool (Ctrl+T) set it in the middle of flower as like in preview.

Step 6

After doing this procedure, create a new layer

• Select the Pen Tool
• Create a path
• Chose the any soft brush size 3px with white color
• Again select the pen tool
• Right click on the path’s node
• Click on Stroke path

Create a filament on flower as shown in preview,

After complete this step, we get a amazing filament of flower.

Now duplicate the layer three time and using the Transform tool set it as you show in preview.

Step 7

When you made the filaments,

• Select all filaments layers
• Merge the filament layers (Ctrl+E)

then create new layer and select brush tool of 4px and made these filament points.

Step 8

Now create a new layer to draw a flower steam,

• Select the Pen Tool
• Create a path
• Chose the any soft brush size 6px with white color
• Again select the pen tool
• Right click on the path’s node
• Click on Stroke path

We have got a flower steam with white color;

Step 9

Go to the Blending option and apply same Outer Glow effect all the layers.

After applying the glow effect we got a new effect as in preview below,

Here I am going to apply Blending option and the Gradient overlay on flower and then we are applying the steam color Green (# 79d56d)

Step 11

Now hide the flower layers and create a new layer and go to the brush tool select the Grass brush use it on bottom of the layer and then select the leaf brush and use it to create awesome effect like in the preview.
